✨ Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking records
- Help organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and documentation

🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or HR management software is a plus
