Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances as outlined below. Since our services involve career-related offerings, including job placements, internships, and training programs, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms described in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Training Programs & Courses
We offer training programs designed to enhance your skills and career opportunities. Refunds for training programs are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund (95%) – If the refund request is made within 7 days of payment and before the start of the training program. A 5% deduction will apply towards payment gateway charges.
- Partial Refund (45%) – If the refund request is made after 7 days but before completing 20% of the program. A 5% deduction will apply towards payment gateway charges.
- No Refund – If you have completed more than 20% of the training program, attended multiple sessions, or downloaded course materials.
2.2 Job Placement Services
Our job placement assistance connects candidates with employers. Due to the nature of job placement services, the following refund conditions apply:
- No Refund – Once a candidate has been successfully placed with an employer, regardless of job acceptance.
- Refund Consideration (Case-by-Case) – If we fail to provide job opportunities within 90 days, candidates may request a partial refund, subject to review.
- No Refund – If a candidate rejects job opportunities offered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
2.3 Internship Programs
Internships provided through our portal may be paid or unpaid, depending on the employer"s policies.
- No Refund – Once the internship program has been confirmed and accepted by the candidate.
- Partial Refund (50%) – If a candidate withdraws before starting the internship and the employer has not yet made any arrangements.
- No Refund – If the candidate voluntarily discontinues the internship after starting.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at careers@sudhasoftwaresolutions.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]".
- Provide the payment receipt, service details, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 7-10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Registration fees for job or internship applications.
- Consultation or career guidance sessions.
- Digital materials (e-books, templates, recorded sessions).
- Services where work has already begun or been completed.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by external payment gateways.
6. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on service usage and compliance with our policy. Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of the initial payment. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration under the laws of India.
